The Shampoodles story
Hannah is an experienced and qualified professional dog groomer who has worked at well-respected salons in Gloucester and Cheltenham. Hannah relocated to Nailsworth and set up Shampoodles in a converted stable at her home.
After renovating the stable and installing professional, state-of-the-art dog grooming equipment, Shampoodles opened for business in February 2022.
Shampoodles provides a bespoke one-to-one service tailored to each dog's individual needs. All new clients receive a free consultation to ensure your pooch looks perfect.

Meet the team
Aifa joined Shampoodles in October 2022 as an experienced grooming assistant and is now a full-time groomer and integral part of the salon.
She loves dogs of all shapes and sizes and is very excited to receive her dog grooming qualifications soon.
Aifa also loves cats and has aspirations of offering cat grooming services in the future.

Sophie joined Shampoodles in March 2024 as our Salon Assistant, and will be supporting Hannah and Aifa on Thursdays and Fridays.
She's always loved animals - particularly dogs and horses - and has been around them her whole life.
Sophie would love to progress as a dog groomer and hopes to complete a recognised grooming qualification soon.
Maddie joined Shampoodles in March 2024 as our Salon Assistant, and will be supporting Hannah and Aifa on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I have a passion for animals of all sizes, and have experience handling dogs, horses, and everything in between!
I am excited to expand my knowledge and eventually gain a qualification in this field.

Fully qualified groomer
The salon is led by a Certified Professional Groomer (CPG) with comprehensive knowledge about pet trims and breed standards. Trainee groomers always work under supervision.
Free consultations
All new customers are encouraged to book a complimentary consultation to discuss your grooming requirements and to allow us to assess the condition of the coat to provide a more accurate quotation.

We boast a large number of regular returning customers as well as 5* ratings on Facebook and Google. In fact, most of our customers are so happy with our grooms, they book 12 months in advance!
